    The Isle of Man cat series has been minted since 1988 (2011 is the Turkish Angora cat) but only comes in silver proof and I think cupro nickel. The proof is encapsulated and comes in a red leatherette box. I can post a photo if anyone wants me to.

    Great pictures Ag47! There are a few you have that I need to add to my list........ Where did you get the Malawi "Krugerrand"? I cannot find any info on it.

    One you're missing is the Isle of Man Viking Nobel. Here is what I know about it:

    The Isle of Man recently announced that it would begin production of a yearly one troy ounce silver bullion coin beginning in 2011. Fashioned after a majestic image of an ancient Viking Ship, the Isle of Man silver bullion coin will keep the same design each year; like the Vienna Philharmonic, Maple Leaf, Libertad and American Eagle. The Isle of Man Viking Ship contains 99.9% pure silver, with a weight of 31.103 grams and a diameter of 38.6 mm. The Isle of Man Viking Ship is legal tender on the Isle of Man, with a face value of 1 Noble.

    That Viking ship looks nice. Did yours come with a certificate? I wonder how many will be minted after their first batch of 900 "first issue" coins?

    I also got the Malawi coin off ebay. Not everyone calls it the Krugerrand so you might have to drop it from your search. "Kwacha" might narrow it down a bit.

    Thanks for the Malawi Krugerand info. I am in the US and I cannot find a seller willing to ship to the US. I'll have to keep my eyes open on that one.

    Thanks to your post, I looked for and won a Snow Leopard. Thanks!!!!!

    My "Noble" did come with a "Certificate of Issue" but it doesn't have and mintage numbers on it. I have no idea if they'll be minting more this year or not.

    I held off posting this coin as I thought it might have been a 1 year only issue (although the 2009 coins do come in 1kg silver and 1oz palladium versions). Very hard to find anything about them though.

    Now that I know the 2010 coin exists, I think it belongs on the list :)
