2011 Gold Rams Head 1/10oz RA Mint. Ballot is now open

The Royal Australian Mint has released details of the 1/10oz Rams head proof gold coin. It has a mintage of 2500, so it's not as rare as the Roo at Sunset, but it's also half the size.

I've just sent my ballot in. Good luck.

 

Did anyone get lucky with this ballot (or is it still too early yet).

Thanks - I noticed I'd been docked for the Silver subscription coin, but nothing for the Gold Ram. Looks like i missed both the Roo and the Ram this year.

 

Yeah, It seems I've been charged for the made to order coin. No sign of it in my mailbox though.

The senders address from the mint is fairly generic. [email protected].

 

My credit card was charged $275 yesterday so I must have been selected.

I'm looking forward to getting this one.

 

It looks like a very nice coin to have in any stack, and hopefully will increase in value significantly in the days to come.

The best thing about this coin is the vast majority are going to coin collectors direct from RAM, and many sheeples are buying from coin dealers at a premium.

Mine arrived yesterday. I picked it up from the PO this morning. Very nice.
