2008 kg kooks

Hi all,

I have been looking around for a while, out of curiosity and have seen all other sizes of 08 kooks pop up here and elsewhere, but no hummers.
They don't have a really small mintage so i expected to see one sooner or later, but no.
do they ever surface for sale and at what price?
They seem to be well hoarded.

 

One of the prettiest kook designs (along side the '09).
I personally swapped a tiger hummer for one.
Not many come up... and you'll pay a premium for one.
Aroura et Luna's got an '09 for sale... that should be an indication of the price you'll be paying for an '08

 

You'll have to look overseas for the hummers. Saw some in Germany.

 

I sold a couple on this forum some time ago.
If I had one for sale; probably would be looking north of $900.

 

2008 is not as rare as some earlier ones.

I see one on eBay at the moment for GBP 624.95.

 

This particular year is so well designed, a much higher mintage would have very little effect on its current high premium.
Its just heads and shoulders above the rest.

 

I dont see the big deal with the '08 anymore however I would not even show mine for $900.you are probably looking at $1100-1200 if you can find one.

I've bought and sold lots of 2008 kg cooks, even recently, at same price as bars.. no special demand for them in EU
