Bullion plus some premium... but as to what premium is... dunno. There's 40% as many of these as the regular 1/2oz Monkey, about 1732 if I've read the data correctly. Not seeing huge collector premiums on 1/2oz Series I gold, and the coloured are short sets, which reduces their popularity a bit as there's only four years of them, not the full twelve. They're not widely traded, and don't appear to be widely collected in Australia. See them fly past as straight bullion sometimes. I'd be banking on an equivalent premium to the bullion version - if you could find a price. Stab in the dark but ~$150 over spot per coin?
