Got one of this on ebay, the edge is about 1/4 reeded, 3/4 flat in alternative pattern. Totally 4 reeded sections.

Is this one real? Where can I find published detailed specification for this coin?

This is known as "segmented reeding"

    Top 2: Dragon
    Bottom: Snake

Good luck finding an accurate specification, Krause made a mistake with 2001 (Snake):
2000 Ruler: Elizabeth II Series: Dragons Subject: Year of the Dragon Obv: Head with tiara right, denomination below Rev: Dragon, date at left Edge: Segmented reeding
2001 Ruler: Elizabeth II Subject: Year of the Snake Obv: Head with tiara right, denomination below Rev: Snake with eggs Edge: Segmented reeding
2002 Ruler: Elizabeth II Subject: Year of the Horse Obv: Head with tiara right, denomination below Rev: Horse running left Edge: Reeded
