hey friends, i'm relatively new to the silver world, and would like the input of people that are better versed in this field than i... unfortunately today's financial needs surpass my ability to save for tomorrow. i may be able to avoid this, but am considering selling my 20 oz poured engelhard bar. i've tried to do a bit of research on my own, and know that these have collectors value beyond spot value, but i don't know the relative sacarcity of what i have. any input of a general value would be much appreciated. and no worries, i won't hold ya to it thanks in advance for your much appreciated replies, holdtightsilver (ya...ironic name in the case... ) i'm trying to add a pic...

Most likely a coin shop will only give you a dollar under spot. Depending on how "cool" it looks you could get ten bucks over spot on Ebay, but then you will be paying 12% fees plus listing and shipping. So you'd pull in about 4-5 over spot only if the auction goes that high. .. Best bet IMO is to list it on a local bst forum at 2-3 over spot and it should sell smoothly. Good luck
