Just as a side note, I would not ever adjust the condition of anything I was planning to sell. My previous comment was a bit of a throw away comment. I know that coins which have any numismatic value are massively devalued by altering their condition. Any attempt to clean or alter the coins is pretty easy to detect at 10x or 20x magnification (circular scratches etc). Don't know much about altering the state of plastic notes was all I was saying really.
