It has to be getting to the point beyond ridiculous. How long before we get the SIM card coin?

    Bah, you're no fun.. :p

I normally don't do stuff like this. But still looks pretty cool, IMO.

If they chopped the price in half, I'd get it.

Nothing new.. 1-oz with holograms have been around since at least the early 2000's.

And that's not the after-market stuff, either..

Wait a couple or so months and you can probably pick this coin up on eBay for a lot less than $500.

Certainly possible. Might take up to a year.

Not to mention that we're talking Apmex prices, here..

As we all know, hologram coin would never look as vibrant & clear as shown on the picture. Nonetheless it is a great coin except for the price. For some reason, hologram coin never appreciate & Canada has done a lot of them. Maybe sole exception is the recent Superman hologram.

as a Canadian, frankly I am embarrassed. I find them tacky and childish at times.
RCM has way over done the Hologram run, should have stayed with one or two really good ones and left the rest for another country to produce.
Too much of a nice thing eventually cheapens them all

They needed a design to hide the milk spots.

Apparently Canadian proofs seem to remain pretty spot-free, overall..

These hologram coins are very deceiving. they only look good under the lights at certain fixed angle. I will never buy them again!
