Kia ora Mako here, im new to stacking so asking questions here for those in the know, I bought these bars here in NZ this week stamped MG in an oval, with Triangle Flag with W&H in it. im told they are Matthey Garrett but i cant find much information on the internet other then another NZ link selling similar bar in 2010. http://www.sella.co.nz/general/antiques-collectables/coins/other/6jny18/ other Matthey Garret images on your site here have his full name stamped with Silver stamped. i was worried MG was Magnesium? here are my Bar, are they any good & what sort of age could they be? one has the W&H flag stamp on the other side which is quite rough cast & odd weight one is .999kg the other 1002kg both have the 999 stamp & serial numbering i think. thanks for your time.
