    Yeah, there's not much out there about these coins because they don't trade very often. The authorized mintage is 60k, but I don't have my copy of Ge's book to check his actual mintage estimates.

    I do know they do not grade well. About a 50/50 chance of getting a 68 or 69.

    Thanks guys, first place I looked was pricepedia but didn't find anything.

    Looks like not a very popular coin if no one trades them.

    I wouldn't be so quick to discount it... there are a lot of coins that have a lot of future potential... until recently the Bronze Age Archaeological Finds were largely ignored... now these sets are selling in their thousands.

    With a little bit of digging/investigating, you might find *nothing*, or you might find some hidden treasure :)

    Better to be the first one in than the last!

    I can't find them for very cheap, Found that North Hengshan for $200 so trying to gauge market value.

    I love the 1990 unearthed discoveries set. I love the 1981 unearthed discovery set even more ;). Sadly I own neither.
