Any thoughts as to whether one of these coins is worth spot + $65USD? I cannot decide if I want it or not.

Absolutely! You pay $70 over spot for a regular 1oz gold coin from Perth Mint.

That said, they're 22ct gold, with the balance being silver since 1990 - so a 1oz gold britannia includes 1oz gold and an extra 1/11oz of silver.

Thanks guys. The 1990 design is the common design and I would have preferred the chariot design or a 2010 for my 2010 gold coin collection. GP it is funny that you mentioned the silver component. I always tell people that with AGE you get the silver and the copper for free. However, my research states that the 1990 gold britannia contains copper and the silver component started with 1991.
