    Is the 70 an NGC or POCGS and has the grading standard changed or is it that the finest example just happened to never be graded?

    I am definite no ngc grade the 83 as pf70 till last few weeks. If not wrong pcgs also does not grade any 83 as pf70.

    The first 3 pf69 cost usd7 k in eBay.

    Guess the rest by yourself.

    If want to see the real stuff go Singapore coin show 1 silver 1 stall Altima. I am selling it a whale price. By the way they did not display majority of the variety and ms70 out.

    It is at whale price which I mark up super high and not really intend to sell. If someone buy it I will get second set lol
