    I am thinking of trying to find a swan dollar.
    Reed edged mintage 1500
    Smooth edged proof 750
    Gold 10 - 2 burned 8

    Other than gold which one would be the best to keep long term?
    What would you pay?

    I can see a lot of up side but not much down. Happy to hear the down if you have some.

    I have one ... almost took it along to the silver stackers auction last week.

    It's a smooth edge proof in box with original advertisement from the coin magazine it was issued from.

    Offers from $1500 .... Or swap for bullion.
