    I'd say that was super cheap! They usually go for over AU$2k, don't they?

    That is very good buying.
    The bullion/specimen issue of this coin sells for around $1000 fairly regularly. it had a mintage of 1500
    This proof version was only 750. It has a case in very good condition and looks to be nicely toned.

    A steal at that price..but I am horribly biased when it comes to this coin :)

    You can pick up some mad bargains in NZ, the economy is super depressed, Fek all paper going round once people pay $4 for a litre of milk and the carbon tax takes the rest... poor NZ.

    One question.

    The advert says 1500 BU and 750 proof. (The advert in one of the pictures)

    What do they mean by "no more that 4000 pieces, including BU and proof will be struck"

    shouldn't that read "no more than 2250" ?
