    Hey everyone

So my mum was randomly showcasing her jewelry to my girlfriend last night and brought out this 1914 gold sovereign with jewels around it. Apparently it was given to her decades ago haha. No idea if it's a genuine gold coin or not as well.

Question, it has a MOM 22 mark on it under the horses butt near the tail. What does that mean? I was trying to find information on it but couldn't find anything useful.

Does anyone on this forum know anything more about this coin?

Anyway thought it would be nice share.

    Cheers

P.S. Excuse the poorly manicured fingernails :D
