    I think this is one of the most faked coins out there.
    need to know
    size, weight, its history and better pics would help
    if it is undersize, under weight by 15% or more or you got it at a garage sale/gumtree/ebay then I would say fake

    Fakes abound.. be extremely careful.. v hard to distinguish real from fake.

    I got mine from IS Wright.. dont think id risk getting one online unless it was chopped or rainbow toned.. some sort of definitive evidence.. even a slabbed one would be dangerous given how easy it is to fake slabs.

    It weighs correct thickness and diameter spot on magnet slides very slow ring tests ok I know there are a lot of fakes but surely it would fail one of these tests ?

    It weighs 26.6 is this correct ? and passed all the other tests I mentioned below
