1oz dragons if you can get your hand on them.

If not, just go generic silver if you are stacking for ounces.

At good price (below 50) no.

At suicidal price (100 and above) plenty.

SilverStackers.com 10 oz Stackers ... Availability is getting low now though. Would have to hurry if you want to secure more than 30 of them.

Get as many 2011 1oz Silver Pandas that you can.

When they release the 2012 1oz Silver Pandas next year, it is likely you will see an immediate rise in the value of the 2011 1oz Silver Pandas above the rise in spot silver.

everything small without crazy premiums :p Would be a real pain in the ass to sell a 10Kg dragon... especially if the price climbs like we all hope it will :p

Too many factors, too many options!

Do you want to keep it long term or flip it quickly if Silver hits a certain value.
Do you think that SHTF and currencies will become worthless?
Do you know anything about numismatics or do you want to avoid them like the plague?
Have you got much storage space?
Do you want to resell it to an individual, a group of individuals or to a major dealer?
Do you have to have pure silver or will sterling suffice?

I feel a flow chart coming on!!!!

10kg Dragon would get my vote, I'd love one myself.

Only Silver? If you do not already have a core stack of bars; $10k of bullion bars and $5k of bullion coins.

If you already have a core stack; perhaps $10k of bullion coins, $5k of small cap silver miners.

    And BTFD!!

Is there an aus basket of stocks on the ASX for gold/silver miners that a noob can buy? I have no expertise with mining companys so don't fancy myself trying to value each and every miner to determine the best option...

get as much bang for your buck!!!!.....i would go for max. ounces over any other combination that includes numismatics....therefore a few kilogram bars, a couple of 20oz and 10oz bars.......a few 1oz bars.......and if you can avoid numismatic coins...great!!!..if not - get a few - BUT stick primarily with a distribution across the bars.......IMHO

edit............a couple of 1oz gold poured bars could also add to the basket!!!

I agree with this...What is your strategy and view on Silver?

I wouldn't get a 10kg Dragon. There is a very large premium on them and would suck if you had to sell the whole coin just because you needed a small amount of cash in an emergency.
