IMO now is the time to stack these $10 coins if you can get them around spot. If silver drops to $15oz, then they will be a bargain at spot..

The bank always pays $10 for them, so for new stackers who may now be frightened, maybe this is a good option..

    STACK $10 Coins!

    Regards Errol 43

there are australian state series silver coins 20gms of .925 silver with a face value of $10 hence if silver drops below their metal value you can get $10 from a bank for them

I was actually replying to the original message which describes them as "these $10 coins". So I Googled "Australian $10 coin", and pretty much got what your link points to. But I wasn't 100% that was the correct coin.

Sorry I should have put more detail into my original post.

Another variation is the piedfort coins. These are app 1.2oz an come in Australian Animals and birds.

All the coins are sterling silver 92.5% silver.

In collecting these coins I have targeted the following because of lower mintages.

    STATE COINS.. NT & ACT

My favorite is the Eagle. Mintage around 25k.
