1 kg coins

    Hi all,

    What 1 kg coins are out there?
    I know of the 2011 koala's. Did they make more silver 1 kgs in different years and styles?

    There's heaps

    Every year of Lunars, Kooks, Koala's is released in 1kg, plus plenty other mints/makes too

    Yep, lots of big pucks available from many government and private mints. Bars of the same 1kg weight will generally be only about half the premium price, though...

    My favorite kilo = whatever bar is on clearance (usually hand pours or RMC) :)

    If you're startin to buy that much silver, it might be time to look into buying gold as part of your store of wealth, though? You want to make that transition before you have a ridiculous amount and weight of bars and coins to be hiding and moving.
