    Hi all,

Looking to buy a little bit of gold next week and i'm torn. Having trouble deciding whether to buy a few 1/10 or a 1/4. Obviously the 1/4 will attract a smaller premium, so more bang for my buck...however not sure how liquid 1/4s are compared to 1/10s.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

Liquidity would not be an issue for either of those sizes, in fact the 1/4 ounce might be easier to sell due to the lower premium.

Personal experience, both are very easy to sell on here.

The premiums you pay on the 1/10oz are redeemed when you sell.

i like the size of 1/4oz coins, good weight and not too small that you can't even make out the writing / image on the coin.

Cheers fishball. Fairly comfortably with paying the premiums cos as like you say, you get that back when selling.

Good to know both are fairly easy to offload if needed.
