i went to check out the price of these at Ainslie Bullion and the listing is gone

Does this mean that the 1,500 allocation they had is finally sold out?

Curious to see how these coins perform, i personally think a larger size option i.e 1/4 Oz would have been a good idea

They definitely gone, to be honest I thought they’d have sold out long ago.

I picked up my stash of them not long after they came out for around $270-$280 each from memory. I don’t think they’ll appreciate a special premium because of it being a kook, but they’re certainly more expensive now than then :D

@mongrelmaple i dont suppose that you want to make a quick 15%:D

But on a serious note, yes i was suprised that it took them that long to sell out.

I bought mine more recently and paid a hefy premium on them but it will be interesting to see what the Australian secondary market will price these at

The rising spot obviously helps too:D

I would love just one can anyone help me out I live in Brisbane and will buy off you F2F or swap a Kangaroo + Cash your way for a Kookaburra. I can show Receipt.

I am new to this but am just trying to get collection of Kookaburra coins of any size Gold or silver except 1oz silver.

    Has to be F2F Brisbane

Dont worry, i am sure that they will start popping up on here soon. Only question is for how much

I have a few but think the coins are a good long term hold versus a quick flip but in saying that i paid on the top end of the sell price that they were selling for.

Some on here picked them up for a mucher lover price and might be happy to take $4xx a coin

What do you all think the premiums on secondary market should/would be? Considering BN when they had them was charging $90 a coin it might be the $150 to $180 mark now?
I see they are listed on ebay from $485 to $530

Wow i saw the auction. What was it 2 for auction. One 432 and the other over 400 also. So tempted to flip the one i have now. I think it is the biggest winner of coins i have purchased so far

Boyscout will probably buy it if you did. Yes they are a great coin and premiums in a few years will be large.
