Just to confirm, I am putting 10oz's of 99+ pure silver right? Condition and size not important? I don't have any 10oz coins, only small stuff (1oz or smaller/scrappy/milky)

My hunch is that the precious metal prices won't be significantly impacted by the Brexit vote outcome.

There may be very short term volatility, but other than that....no significant impact on spot prices for Au and Ag.

Apparently this referendum is not binding on the UK Government, and Cameron is not obliged to act.

If it's 51% Stay and 49% leave Cameron will say the vote is done, UK stays
If it's 49% Stay and 51% leave Cameron will say the vote was too close and another referendum will need to be held

Same as Ireland's referendum for the Lisbon treaty 28th Amendment

Didn't Cameron get elected on a promise of a Referendum?

Where is the best place to track the referendums progress? MSM? Twitter? Some kind of live feed?

I want to try and correlate the PM price movements with vote count progress and/or identify the point where PMs decouple from the Brexit vote and return to fundamentals.

    Thanks in advance.

^ In real time of course.

As if to illustrate my point, gold just spiked up about $15 USD in the last few minutes.....

Yep. Newcastle was expected to vote stay and did, but with a smaller margin than expected. Sunderland was expected to vote leave and did, but with a bigger margin than expected. Resulting in falling sterling and rising gold.

    Watch at BBC news feed.
