This is rubbish the price of crypto and pms is not inversely related at all.. Most crypto experts agree btc and ltc will bring gold and silver along for the ride.. I personally couldn't disagree more profits will be going to gold and silver...

Gold silver and crypto is the crypto catch cry

yes, plenty of people taking their crypto profits in precious metals. if anything it should mean more buyers understanding about containers of wealth pushing all prices higher.

Gold and Silver both heading down in last 6 hours.
A gradual slide, the graph looks like it might go a little bit lower yet.
Silver at AU$21.03 is getting down to my buy-in price of AU$21 and under...(buy the dips).
I'd expect a solid $21 as psychological resistance price on the way down.
Under AU$21, it will be time for a purchase!

There is no psychological resistance at AUD21 as our price is a function of AG spot plus USD/AUD exchange. The resistance may kick in at USD19.

I think I'll be throwing all my Christmas dosh at silver. Stackers will remember December '13.

Going off of the USD chart, we're nearing support levels we rebounded from in July. Interestingly, the AUD is only a few cents away from the lows as well.

We're either going to rebound again in anticipation of the Fed's decision in the new year or crash through and reach a new low.

This is not a prediction - just putting it out there.

I haven't read this anywhere but my understanding is that stocks in the US are not dividend driven but more so capital gains. The Dow has been dropping these last few days, possibly because of profit takers plus investors cashing up for Christmas. And again, not reading too much into it as it is only small drops over a few days this December.

Now I don't believe this will be the trigger for a major collapse, but could it become an environment to enable a crash through an unrelated trigger?

Am I Tonto with his ear to the ground, or just another drunk waking up in the gutter?

Sammysilver I enjoy reading your posts and although I don't always agree, I appreciate your positive outlook.

Its always possible, question is what will the trigger look like? A Chinese/jap skirmish with casualties might fit the bill and spook markets.

I reckon the financial world is skating on thin ice at the moment and extra event will crack the ice.

I totally agree that the financial world is 'skating on thin ice', but Mr Market is telling the astute out there that its not Silvers time.

Some of the more intelligent might be able to link the dots as to why this is.

Others are just navely linking silver as a 'safe' asset to it. Whilst the underlying silver is safe, the price that is paid for it is not. Not yet anyway.

There will be a time when jjrici states that he is backing up the truck on silver, but unfortunately by then, I have the gut feeling that there wont be as many participants on this forum

if only people at listened, and with the topic thread of a price of AUD25.

Some nice losses generated by those who foolishly listen and held on, trying to hop the market will go back up and they can offload closer to break even.

    Doesn't work that way sorry.

What a great year so far since this thread started. I have been "all in" on silver and more than doubled my stack.

As said in another thread, a golden time to buy silver. The way the world economy is going, all silver purchased sub AUD24 will provide a great windfall. The profit won't be in dollars so much, but in sustainability.

My only rider is to also stack cash and food for at least 3 months.

Lastly, don't save all of your todays for tomorrow, for one day you will wake up with no yesterdays.

    Eat, drink and be Mary.

as they say a fool and their money are soon parted.

A fool and his money is soon parted. Get it right.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Court Jester, cleverly disguised as a door, had his knob shot off....

Village Idiot, tell us about your year. Did you have fun? Where did you sink your money? Did you eat good food and drink copious amounts of wine? Did you enjoy the company of loose women? Morally that is, not fittingly! What is the secret to your success? They say as others climb the ladder to success, you are better off being Ces.
