Top notch customer service from numiscollect.eu Great price. Professional Communication and Lightning Fast shipping. Nothing more that I could have expected. Thanks to them I am now currently stroking my gulo gulo. Lol!
I have not used Eurocollect before, but am very impressed that the CEO of the company took the time to respond. I definitely feel more comfortable purchasing from them now since reading his message. Thank you.
I think that this just shows how difficult it can be to "trust" another party over the Internet. 1. People that post about transactions on the Internet are almost always negative ones. (you have a good trans. you're less likely to post about it) 2. People find it so hard to trust someone on the Internet EXCEPT when that someone is writing a negative report about something. The thing is we can't really know the details of those cases. 3. This is another reason why forums like this are so great! There really is a community of people gathered together who really try to look out for each other. 4. If I was on the fence about trusting a seller and there were GOOD reviews on this forum but BAD reviews when a Google search was done, I would tend to trust the reviews by members of this site. All that said, I have no experience with numiscollect.eu. So maybe I just wasted everyone's time by posting this.
Actually better make sure your UPS custom declaration or commercial invoice specifically says it's .999 silver. Because if you don't do that, they will categorize it as general numismatics and add HST. Also UPS charges $15 if you want to correct the custom declaration. I've just got ripped by them just recently especially since the HST amount as just below $15, so they made off with my money and I can't even get it back without paying even more.
If you are in Australia, it is likely UPS will still invoice you for GST, import duty etc. You will need to go through the process to avoid paying. This happened to me last week with the wolverine.
I finally know why they do NOT use Netherlands bank for their credit card processing, but using a French bank. It is because France get law, to protect banks and merchants, DISALLOW charge back by scammed consumers. The money I got back was the courtesy of my bank, NOT from them. They still scammed my bank for >$400.
No, in France creditcards are common in Holland not. there the fees are 1.5%. in holland we pay up to 3.8%. very simple if you do a large turnover. and what you further say is not true of course. we have to proof we delivered items. and as we sent out everything we can. if something does not arrive; there is a insurance procedure to follow which does not include a chargeback as there is no scam involved. we will not discuss those procedures. they are also in consumer law within european union. it's to protect merchants by sending a replacement or refund without nothing it really did not arrive. a scream by a client "i don't get my parcel!" doesn't say anything! do you know how many times in the past we refunded or sent replacement and then weeks later finding out the client did get it? shall we post about those people? no we don't as it's privacy. we are not allowed. they all got a law suit. it's very simply follow the procedures and nothing is a problem. if not followed the normal procedures.......
Mmmmmmmm...... dissappointing. Had total faith, but struck out on latest order (4th order). Lucky, after $100's, actually, $1000's, in successful orders, this one was only worth 60 bucks. It's now been 55 days....... nothing delivered. But the most dissappointing thing was the response to a query of whether the order had been sent. No refund or replacement as stated above, just this: WTF? PO Box does not always work? Bu!!5hit!!!!! Shame, I was on a roll too. :|
