Damn, I sold 300 maples over the weekend for $33 each in anticipation of a crash down to $25/oz, I'm screwed JK, I didn't have 300 maples.
http://www.clivemaund.com/article.php?art_id=67 Clive Maund and his latest market update. You have to respect his thoughts at the moment since he did call the last crash pretty accurately. (from $40 into the $20's)
Was a ferfy by the alarmists, i closed of my positions after the real info made its way out ... wasnt to be ... lucky no one sold out .. did they ?!?
US market open would show a decline (if there is one) More likely outcome would be a widening gap between paper and physical price.
Looking like turbo rather than turmoil so far Three White Soldiers marching on... Uploaded with ImageShack.us
If there is going to be any real movement most likely to happen when the US opens tonight. Gelxi whats the volume like ???
@Lav:- http://goldprice.org/live-gold-price.html @Ikikyabut:- I just checked the volume info, it's quite the average volume expected of this time period.. it is not significant and quite low. The real volume usually starts coming in 6 hours' time when London opens. It will be interesting then.
hmm I always used goldprice.org I just never noticed that chart down there, is it new or am I just oblivious?
Hey gelzi, can you recomend any good free online sites to check the volume in the metals? I am yet to find a good feed... cheers
Lav, Even flow:- Use http://goldprice.org/live-gold-price.html By default, on that page, you see the Gold chart, and without volume. But what you can do is : i) Right-click within the chart, click on "New"->"Silver Price AUD" : This allows you to see what i see ii) To see the volume info, on the chart's menu, click on "View"->"Volume"
