I sent a very polite email ! Maybe it was a typo in her email but they are charging it to the credit card I gave them when I registered so I guess I will soon find out.
That is such a shame that not all of them do the same thing. I am so glad my delivery guy took mine to Post Office. It is too much to expect people to stay at home all day when expecting a parcel and can't even be sure of what day it will arrive either.
Do AEE deliver on the weekend? Im hoping no as just got my despatch notice but I am having them sent to my work.
I got an email Friday 3.00 P.M saying dispatched. Woke up at 7.30 this morning they were just sitting on front door step. I am a light sleeper. Thought i had to sign for them. Perish the thought someone could of taken them. P.S Glad they are here
My experience with a previous order was that AAE wouldn't redirect to a post office when it couldn't make delivery. Ended up ringing PM after two failed delivery attempts and having it redirected to my work address. No problems, no $17 redirect charge.
has anybody that ordered over the phone for 1oz dragon and 1oz gold ones on the 1st of Sept NOT received them? I'm still waiting :/ - no confirmation email as well.
Hi unfunkable, have you tried phoning them? They are very helpful when you are gentle to them. I phoned 2 x after ordering on the phone, just saying I was worried whether they received my BPay, etc. Just making sure funds cleared, and so on, and by the way, where's my order at.....
Direct deposits take seven days to clear, or they sit on the order for seven days which is in their terms and conditions which can add to waits
Yay got my dragons today, only 12 days to come not to bad for how many orders they would of had to send.
I ordered mine on the same day and still haven't received it. Called last week and was informed that my order will be released after 13th Sept.
got carded today from AAE at work for 2 items went to postoffice....ink toner and other shop stuff...was so exicted
Well they finaly got here. Seems that there is a lot of inconsistency in the policy... Either you are at home and they deliver it to you and you sign for it You are at home but asleep and they drop it on your front step. No signing needed. They drop it off at the Post office for you free of charge. They charge you $12 to redirect it to your work address They charge you $17 to redirect it to your work address They waive all charges and redirect it to your work address anyway. Good to know where you stand...
Mine arrived this morning. They were sitting at the depot in Canberra from about 8:30 Friday morning, which was too late to make it out on Fridays delivery.
Air Express managed to deliver mine to somebody 60km from me , not sure how they did that wrong name ,town and post code. Not happy at the moment ,Have to PH'm up and hope someone made a mistake.
