so the what was the price at the close on the 30th June? I have $1500.30 for gold and $34.80 for silver?

 

I think silver ended up being $34.72 at the close.

 

I cant find a ready daily close reference :/

 

i'm pretty sure Au 79 has got this covered....so no doubt soon he'll have the June batch of numbers up for all.......

its starnge that we havent heard from Au for a while ...hope he's OK!!!!??

 

It takes time to do the 'tallying up' of all the bids and stuff - and maybe he didnt find time.
From memory he has offered the most metals for the comp and now we are all expecting him to do
the technical work as well. ( not that he implied someone else do it for him - but i dont think he would
be angry if someone else did do it )

So what was the closing price of silver and gold on 1st July?

and

What do we do with the bids made after the 24th of June.

 

i'm happy to look at putting the tally together........will take me a couple of days.............according to the rules Au stipulated.......24th is the cutoff - those late miss out....sorry.....
...any thoughts?......otherwise i'll put the numbers together

He must be busy or something cause he hasnt been on silverstackers at all this month yet.
Yeah, last month Au said anyone that entered their guess after the 24th wouldnt count to keep it fair. Not sure how to find the closing figures though. Thanks white-metal

i'll wait till the 15th......then fire off an email....and perhaps do the tally after that anyway......hope thats ok by all.....dont want to take anyones thunder for put my fat fingers in the way.....will wait till 15th....

 

i'll fire off an email to AU to see if he is around.....if i dont hear from him....by the end of 16th - i'll start putting the list together on 17th and get it posted up a couple of days later.....
I will use the follwing close numbers. these numbers were as best as i can determine - close of NY markets at the end of June (last month) 2011.

US gold $1500.30
US silver $34.71

EDIT....in any event..these are London fix ...not NY end of day....

 

i have been onto the kitco site and will use the NY spot silver and gold prices upon closing at midnight on June 30 2011.

as it stands from my noting of numbers etc.....its as follows...and i will use these numbers.
