Thanks for the question. Feedback is from previous sales through ebay/trademe and also customers comments on their trade with us.
For those of you who have seen or are interested, We will be running a *weekend special* on the site on Saturday and Sunday for 100 oz silver orders. These will of course include free insured delivery and will include Maples, Eagles, Fiji Takus, Kooks and Canadian Grizzly coins and more to be added. Just check out the Super Deals section in buy silver. Chris
Just wondering how super are the superdeals. The only one avaiable is the grizzly 100x 45.29ea in bullionb**rse 25x 43.78ea. Cheaper price at a lower quantity does not seem too super to me.
Please remember that no insurance or postage is added to our products so i think your math is a little out, however that price you see is not part of the weekend special. The price will drop lower than that for the weekend. Hopefully you will all be pleasantly surprised at the prices.
Hmmmm - store is closed for maintenance. I thought these specials were going to be available Saturday and Sunday or is it just select times over the weekend and we have to guess when? malachii
Hey mate nice store, easy on the eye etc. The critical side of me would point out that navigation is not very user-friendly, especially for people not familiar with precious metals. For example when I click "buy silver" I'm faced with three arbitary options and the "super deals" looks out of place... I don't know anything about web design etc but as a customer I'd rather have a list of your stock with minimal navigation required (i.e. I click the "buy silver" tab and I'd like your full range displayed with the delivery options in the description and maybe highlighted / bolded stock to represent your "super specials"). I'd imagine this set up would be easy for you and your customers to navigate. Another option might be to display the full range then have sub-categories listed on the side where you can view bars / coins / bulk / specials only. When I buy bullion I don't really care what your site looks like as long as you're a trusted supplier, but they would be my thoughts as a first-time buyer.
Also, there seems to be a screen width restriction for users on iPhone and iPad. I can not scroll across to the right to see content that I know is there.
Thanks for that, The site hasn't been configured fully for mobile devices yet but it is on the to-do list. Hopefully be fully integrated soon.
Just a quick message to say that we will be running another weekend silver sale on the website starting tomorrow morning. I am also going to run a 'Silver Stackers Special' which i will post tomorrow morning.
Good question, I'm not just using SS to sell my product. I advertise on many different sites in Australia. I have primarily been using SS for reviews and opinions from the 'experts' and I am really happy to hear feedback. I am merely offering my products to the members of this site and offering big discounts in return for the feedback i have received so far.
