    I didn't claim to be able to get coins without premium.
    What I disputed was that premiums are currently inflated.

    Now, what was that about half truths?

    Yep, that's what I thought. :)

    Here's another one.... my purchases (Bullion List):

    Sun Mar 24 - spot = $27.60
    1 x 5 oz PM Snake, unit price = $169.10
    Premium = $31.10

    Thu Apr 18 - spot = $22.61
    1 x 5 oz PM Snake, unit price = $144.43
    Premium = $31.10

    Mmmmmmmm. ;)

    Let us look at a roll of 2013 kooks -right now

    BB -$570.80 that is $28.58 (spot -$23.31) spot + $ 5.27
    BM - if you buy a roll it is $29.01 / oz (spot + $5.70)
    GS - if you buy 20 - $29.40 (spot + $6.09)

    So the premium is 22% to 26% what did I say ????
    You can go to Ainslie it is more !

    Are you trying to prove the premiums do not fluctuate with spot?
    Because this does not show an increase in premiums from before the crash - which is what is being discussed here.

    So your premiums are $6.22 Per oz. your premium was over 27%. That is more than a current 1oz kook and you are buying bigger coins the premium should be less. I see that as a significant premium.

    You still haven't told us where you buy your metal at spot or close to spot or don't you buy metal???

    Plenty of paper traders on this forum that have no idea of prices on the secondary market.

    I'll say this again...have a look at the dealers, have a look at what they say and their terms and conditions PLUS the real market where people sell face to face on places like ebay!

    If you don't see a disconnect, if you don't see a difference in your Excell spread sheets then...I say you are arguing for the sake of arguing.

    There is a disconnect! But...sometimes people who plod along in-life don't accept or realise what is happening!

    We call it.."Cant see the trees for the forest" ! :D
