Warning - Fakes Section ?

    Seeing we have a lot of data on fakes coming through I just thought, is it worthwhile having a sub forum or something with all the fake posts and warnings in one place ?

    Then move all the references across and even sticky the main ones ?

    Just a thought

    Quite right, the less education the masses have the better!

    As people are actually selling the fakes it isn't paranoia but I take your point, there is no need to start a panic, people just need to have the tools to do the job, and if having a photo board for the fakes makes it harder for scammers to get away with their actions then it is a good thing!

    This week is the first time I've visited the site in about 2 months (other priorities) and there has been so much discussion about fakes and most of it is from newbies who have probably never seen a fake in their life.

    I was thinking about suggesting exactly the same this morning!

    But a dedicated section with 1 thread per type of coin :)

    Yes keep it compact where everyone can get details if they are deciding to buy a particular coin.
