    We all know the US housing market is stuffed but this video just did my head in with how the big banks operate there.

    If you cannot even verify your purchase of your home - what economic safety is there?

    Anyone remotely involved in the obvious fraud should be jailed or fined. Those documents were completely faked, this is something the banks need to be brought to account for.

    The people 'rent to own' via a mortgage agreement. They are unable to pay the rent (mortgage) to the bank. They are not homeowners as the program states.
