Any members have thoughts on these two Real estate etfs/reits please? Unfortunately reits on asx offer shit all exposure to residential real estate. Originally picked some commodity small caps that did well in time but also made some mistakes and have decided want to piss off the highs and lows of single stocks and just go mainstream line of etfs...diversifying risk among different products,companies and world regions,etc. Leaning towards VAP but its also thematic only focusing on one aspect just multiple companies not one. Is a real estate etf a valid subsitute for 'real' estate even if a piss poor one...times are tough and home or rental property is far outta reach. Appreciate any thoughts, Cheers
