Hi all, I am definitely not at the level of being able to make a good purchase of newly minted coins, but I am thinking through purchasing one of the Perth Mint Dr Who 50th anniversary coins in display box... There are only 250 minted. Aside from that, what would be the hallmarks of a good purchase of a freshly minted coin, mainly thinking of price appreciation. I am a real beginner! Have a bunch of lumps of silver and some bullion coins but thinking of dipping my toes into the numi world. Much appreciate! Luke
