now lets just say theroretically i buy 100kg of 1 and 2 cent pieces for $300 from that i get 200 coins that i can sell on ebay for $10 ($2000) and sell the rest for $1000 do i have to pay tax on that or declare it? if so does that still apply if instead of taking the $$$ out of ebay i just use my paypal account to purchase other things such as coins, silver etc so in actual fact i am not making money just "swapping stuff" thoughts
