Looking for any storage boxes/cases that fit the thick NGC slabs..

These are the slabs that are the same size as the normal slabs, but about double the thickness, which are usually associated with thick medals & high-relief coins.

Examples of these thick slabs (not my photos)..

Don't really care what they're made of -- just as long as they do their job. Proving very difficult to source; not sure they even exist.

Looking like I might have to modify or craft my own?

Any info or links would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    Follow-up:

Just heard back from NGC. They don't have a box for them, and they're not aware of anybody that manufactures them. :(

Use a pelican case, cut the foam to fit your requirements. The cases aren't cheap though.

Yep, looking like modifying some sort of existing box/case with some DIY customized foam is the way to go.

Understood that the average stacker/collector doesn't typically see many of the "fatty slabs," but they've been around for a while now, and there's definitely a niche market for storage solutions.

Will be contacting a few more sellers/dealers/suppliers, and will share any positive finds..
