What are your predictions for Silver in 10 years time? Will Generation X take it up o will investment demand drop off? Will the silver that Generation X be sold off ? Will Cash be band, we then have negative interest rates and Silver goes to the moon ? Will EROEI (energy retun on energy invested) be so low that mining for industrial metals will take priority over the little use of precious and semi precious metals? Will it be sideways ... So many things to consider so little concrete trend or direction.
Silver will be nearly worthless in 2025 It's bananas that will be next next big commodity And not those straight ones the 'Banana benders " breed Only the bent ones
Silver to the MOON! In 10 years...I don't think seeing triple digits is out of the question. The US debt will increase by ~40% over these 10 years.
Who knows what the price will be next week let alone in 10 years. I hope it goes up but I can't guarantee it.
I thought the world was going to end in 2012 so I no longer put any faith in predictions. However as I have yet to ever make a prediction on silver price I am going to go for around $25 an ounce. At the moment it isn't soaring, it isn't crashing, its just bobbing up and down, stable enough for long enough to call it 'about right.'. Maybe price changes are due to the US$:AU$ or maybe not but they are not too chaotic. So chuck on a bit of inflation at around 3% for the next couple of years and call it even. That's not to say that there won't be massive swings up and down for whatever reason before then and during that year. That should be suitably vague with enough opportunities for me to claim I was right and enough caveats so I can wriggle out if I am wrong, (I can always claim it is in New Zimbabwe Dollars or something like that)
1st of April 2025 silver price will be $65 an ozt . 5th of April 2025 silver price will be $45 an ozt 22nd April 2025 silver price will be $32 an ozt Jump ahead to July 15th 2025 and silver will be $17.15 an ozt.
In 2025 silver isn't priced in dollars. It's a world where Silver Stackers are Lords over those who don't hold any physical silver. How do I know this you might ask? I sent myself forward ten years. To be safe I strapped silver bullion to my back. The rest, as they say, is history.
Some other prices will have risen. Silvers price will have risen less. That's what stockpiles cause. Prices of products with big stockpiles tend to rise less than prices of products with small or zero (ex due to perishable / bad harvests etc) stockpiles. Those that disagree feel free to dump the silver in the ocean instead of selling it again. Donations are welcome. What I do hope for is my stockpile getting bigger. Savings are freedom. Independency. Self control. Goodies to buy later, without having to work for them then. Because work already done.
