Sellers ought to stand firm and sell their stuff as a lot imho. Was just looking at robertc400's sale thread. http://forums.silverstackers.com/to...burra-coins-any-lowish-ballers-out-there.html How many times have I seen a nice lot with a couple of highly desirable items where the HDI's get picked off and the accommodative seller is marooned with the remainders. Also there's the hassle of posting off individual items. If it happens that no bids are forthcoming on the lot, bring down the price in decrements on the lot, not individual items
Lowballers always cherry pick... the b@stards. ...and they often don't say hi (close to my only peeve on here) the rude b@stards.
I never get pressured into breaking a lot I have for sale, mainly because I'm too lazy to make 2 trips to the post office. Actually, that's the only reason.
finicky, planning a Lot sale sometime soon? "No interest like self-interest." always ring true, even among so-called altruists.
Dear Roswell Crash Survivor of 22 trades, undistinguished posts, and hasn't ponied up for silver stacker standing. Your alien shrewdness detects self interest in my advice to sellers. Somehow in the distant future, when I may or may not sell here, I might be advantaged by my current suggestion to sellers to sell as a lot. I can't imagine how, but I'll defer to you for that.
