Sales strategies in a declining market...

    Today I was going past a set of 5 houses which had been completed about 9 months ago and had been on the market for as long for $749,000 each.

    None had sold, and today I noticed a Sold sticker on one sign.

    I rang the agent to inquire about the others, and just mentioned what a pity it was the one I would have bought was already sold. He said give him a moment, and came back saying that it was a mistake and an inexperienced guy had put it on the wrong house. It was still for sale...

    Never believe everything you see.

    If it was to check if RE agents are dodgy that boat has already sailed.
