Literally across the street? If true, wow, how convenient for MCM.

Who was there first, MCM or NGC?

NGC was there first. The owner of MCM is a former high lever grader at NGC - there's no way you can convince me that there's not some funny business going on there.

Yes, they could literally walk their coins across the street.

    Extremely Extremely unlikely.

MCM's business is mainly taking $20 coins and turning them into $50-100 coins by putting hem in a slab.

I'm guessing the proof-like silver kilos are distributed to like only 2 or 3 dedicated dealers....one of them not being MCM. I would hope that NGC does keep to their standards of grading regardless of who or what company submits coins.

The few times I have bought from MCM (small value silver coins) I was provided very good service and what I bought is what I wanted....I wasn't lured into buying from them just because they offered a good price on a perfect graded silver coin.

Speaking of perfect graded coins...oh wait, I'll leave that for another thread. :)
