Practical ways to short the aussie $

    Looks like it could be headed alot lower.....anyone have any decent strategy on shorting without using insane leveraged FX trades?

    I got some more unallocated gold $1371 a week ago, that looks like it could be a good hedge - I remember back in 08 when the dollar tanked down to the high 50's, aussie gold price was unscathed.....

    But I was looking for an instrument I could use to trade. Is there anything on the ASX anyone is aware of? Is there a CFD or are they for listed companies only?
