The other I was trying to find all the mintage information of silver coins from Perth Mint. Enter the data in a some excel sheets.
Thought it would be nice to share with you all.

It seems like in series 1 they experiment with different weights.
Just wondering if anyone has the 1/2kg lunar series 1 and 2 coins. These are really rare.

    For lunar 2:
Obviously the 1/2oz ox and mouse are very rare.
In my opinion, in terms of rarity, snake is more rare than dragon. They minted almost 3.2 million oz of dragon. Maximum lunar in one year so far.

    Perth Mint Kook Mintage

Not sure why 2008 consider as rare?? It looks like from 1998 to 2006 kooks are more rare.

Being relatively new to all of this, and specifically interested in collecting Perth Mint I've spent HEAPS of time over the past month or two being across these statistics and learning as much as I can

    Bullion
    http://www.perthmint.com.au/investment-bullion-bars-and-coins-mintages.aspx

    Numismatic
    http://www.perthmint.com.au/numismatic-mintages.aspx

I actually have my own spreadsheet where I have listed all of the different Perth Mint Silver I am wanting to collect, and a lot of it you have listed here

Just a few things you have missed out in the "Other" Silver Mintage

    2013 Stock Horse (10,000 total - 9,000 Coin & Cert, 1,000 Carded)
    2015 Stock Horse (10,000 total - 9,000 Coin & Cert, 1,000 Carded)
    2016 Stock Horse (10,000 total - 9,000 Coin & Cert, 1,000 Carded)

    2015 Red Kangaroo (300,000 Max)
    2017 Red Kangaroo (Unlimited)

    2017 Dragon Phoenix (50,000 Max)

    2017 Wedge Tailed Eagle (Unlimited)

And the 2008 Kook isn't the rarest, but it's seen as the most valuable simply because it is considered to be the best design of the series

I personally think as time goes on the 2016 will reach similar standings - my personal favourite

As for the 1/2kgs and some of the rarer Lunar's, there is a guy on YouTube called Silver Slacker - unbelievable how much Silver this guy has, but he has every single S2 Lunar including the 1/2 kgs, all in individual beautiful custom boxes - worth checking out

S2 Lunars, Kooks, Koala's and "Other" is what I am collecting.

Privy stuff and 1/2 oz coins don't interest me

Nice job putting all of these stats into one place mate :)

Perhaps a mod could make this thread Sticky? And maybe remove some of the dated sticky's too?

    Thanks.

By the way, I tried to list all the bullions here. The Stock horse are listed in the Nuimismatic list.
Also, I tried not to list 2016 and 2017 because these are not yet declares final mintage.

Yeah, I figured that's what you did :)

Any idea why the 2014 Stock is Bullion, but the other 3 are in Numismatic? Seems odd as mintage is the same

They haven't listed the 2015 Roo too, because it was meant to be just for USA, but that's obviously changed since :)

Perth Mint have updated all Bullion Statistics now

Sales as of Dec 31, and updated Feb 17 2017

They've added the 2015 Red Kangaroo (300,000) as well as updated numbers on 2016/17 sales

Numismatic numbers for 2016/17 still not added, but the one thing I've noticed is that there is no mention of the Dragon Phoenix, which leads me to think they will be publishing it in the Numismatic figures, although I thought they would be "Other" bullion?

109,366 -final issue for the 2016 Wedge tailed. Nice relatively low, solid number without being a runaway either.
11,245,615 for the '16 red kangaroo, wow was not expecting to see those final numbers.

Someone i think mentioned earlier and i agree - can this thread with 'Brisbane-coins' charts be made a sticky?
As long as he doesn't mind coming back to edit them with new updates from time to time?
