Perth Mint Coin Price increase - Rumour

I heard recently that the Perth Mint will be increasing their prices on the collectable series coins.
For example a Silver $89.90 Proof Coin would be increased to $97 begining in January 2011.
In order to keep up the current silver prices.

 

Depends on what the AG price is come Jan, if it keeps slipping the proofs may sell for $65 again

 

Wonder if this includes lunars?

I better stock up on the rest of my proofs and trade up later.

Just more reason to stay out of the numismatic market IMHO.

 

The beauty of that is that there is always bargains in the second hand market.

Rumour? I thought it's already a fact. Not on coin but just the BOX! Was $68, now $76.

 

exactly.....!!!

 

Some of the new releases are already $92.50 instead of $89.00.

There are some old priced bargains around but still an expensive way of doing it.
