the outer cardboard box says ( series 11 1 oz gilded coin collection ) the case it self is plain with the perth mint logo on the inside top lid , the series 11 coins fit perfectly .

    Thanks for the response.
    Do you have one?
    Worth the $75?

hi stextc , yes , i got two one for the gilded and one for the bullion editions , would not say they are really worth it , but its a good way to keep your coins in good condition and to display .

    Thanks for the input.
Was thinking the case qualifies for free shipping ($75) so was tempted to get 1.

The case is heavy, made from wood, $75 with free shipping is not too bad, but isn't cheap either. I received mine yesterday :)

I think the case makes the coins stand out even more. If you are thinking of keeping the set for yourself or selling in 10 or more years later, the cost of $75 really means nothing.

I didn't know it was wood. That makes it a good deal, not great, but good. I have one from AMPEX that cost less than half the price, but it's not wood. I'd rather have paid more for a nicer box.

I took advantage of the free shipping with a $75 purchase.
    It's on its way!
