Youre a legend Zinger, great foresight as those are some of the hottest OMP bears... I'm sure you'll have some good offers here if you ever want to sell a few!
Thanks very much for the support guys. I am glad I could share something of interest. As for selling them, they are MY pandas I am sure you all understand the protective feeling! I hate seeing coins go, but I always need to free up cash for more coins! If anyone wants some of these kept in OMP, let me know, otherwise I will likely offer a few for sale when they get back from conservation and grading.
Thanks, to be honest I will be surprised if I do. These are all singles from different sources, but none of them are very good strikes. The pandas are all pretty but there is quite a bit of die wear and lint markings on the temple steps. These 6 and the other 18 I have in at NGC are all the same. So I think they will come back 67/68. Just goes to show how undervalued 69's are!
Hey Zinger good point about 69's ... thats why I love them ! How bout $2,000 USD for that sheet of 10 1993 large dates !!!???
Damaged Goods? Toning spot on left side of temple of heaven Would you ask for a replacement or refund if your received this NGC MS69 coin? NGC MS69 2005
Toning isn't a "defect." Whether you like coins with it or not is a different story. That spot would not have any impact on the grade.
I really gotta get me one of those lightbox thingys to take fantastic photos like yours! Wow! Stunning pics! Really brings the Pandas to life! Thanks!
The 1996s are known to be one of the 'ugly' bears... but when taken at the right angle, are very beautiful in their own right!
That's a WOW of the day for me. I was eyeing one but was way too pricey for me. How much you did buy it for? That's one of my favorites.
