    Nah it's:

    $5219.93 / 100 * 31.1

You first convert to per gram then convert to per troy oz.

    = $1623.39823/oz

    If $5,219.93 for the 100g, then it's $52.1993 for 1 gram. (5219.93 divide by 100).

    Now there's 31.1 grams per ounce. So $52.1993 x 31.1 = $1623.39 an ounce.

Guys you are talking to a female brain here not good a maths.

$5219.93 divided by 100? $52.1993 divided by 31.1? does not work.

    :(

    LOL

Still trying to work it out. Guess you have to be more specific.

$5219.93 is the price for 100 grams. Thus it is $52.1993 per gram. (simply divide by 100)

Next you know one troy oz is 31.1 grams. So one troy oz of Gold is equal to 31.1 grams of Gold.

So how much is 31.1 grams of Gold at that price?

31.1 multiplied by $52.1993 (which is the cost per gram).

    Totalling $1623.

    $5219.93 / 100 gives you $52.1993 per gram

31.1 grams in 1 oz, so you multiply $52.1993 per gram and 31.1 to give you $16233.39823 per oz

No, it should be ($5219.93 divided by 100) then multiple by 31.1 (not divide)......who said females are not good at maths?:p
