Hi, From cyclone ravaged North QLD , managed to get a direct hit on our poor town, no power for 3 weeks. Luckily I found SS a few months ago before I spent to much on $$bay, got a nice mixed stack going at the moment.
The Place is starting to overflow with banana benders Howdy Dave...hope you've gotten used to sleeping without the sound of a genny running in the background
Thanks guys, Losing your stack to a cyclone would be a new take on gold/silver accidents, I still have my boat in reserve if need .
Hi Dave We are leaving victoria tomorrow and are heading your way . If you or any other stackers on the eastern sea board nth of bunderberg want to meet up for a drink and chat please pm me. We are spending a month at miara first and then making our way up as far as cooktown over the next 6 mths. all the best Ed
Hi NQDave from another NQ Dave. Welcome to the boards. I'm also in the NQ region (born and bred in the Burdekin) and been through more than my share of cyclones of the years, but nothing like Yasi, so my heart goes out to you. All the best.
G'day Dave , Welcome from another FNQ'r , I wouldnt bother with insuring your stack against cyclone loss, they wont even pay out on houses half the time, just keep your boat handy. You never know when you might need an accident.
