APMEX does sell granules but they do state not for investment purposes. I'm new to silver stacking is there a specific reason they state that?

    Maggie,

I did, he said he gets all his stuff from those forums over there. Apmex does sell granules in LARGE quantities, I just want like 20 ounces to start out with to even see how I will like it or if I can do it.

Looks like APMEX has it for $1.69 over spot. I was hoping to get closer to spot since shipping and handling is also $20. That is $3.69 over spot per ounce. :(

Try providentmetals.com their shipping is a lot less and the price is better. The other one is Market Harmony over on BS.

PP - Thank you. I am getting some PM's on getting some rounds for around $1 over spot +shipping, as long as the shipping is reasonable it will be a good start. If I decide to make a go of doing larger amounts, I will source from one of these big players for larger amounts to get better pricing. I will throw some updates out as I go and maybe a few video's. Now to figure out what I am doing and clean some room out in the garage to work! ;)

Market Harmony are good - I can supply their pyramid bars if people are interested... About a similar premium to morgans or scottsdale 1ozers...

Ok, got my silver sourced and now trying to line the other parts up. Anyone have a suggestion for an OxyMapp torch they have maybe tried? I looked around online and it appears Lowes has one, but they say the Oxygen tank only lasts about 10 min. Is this normal?

    Thanks!

Most jeweller supplies stores should have letter stamps. Try House Of Jewellery in Sydney CBD, I recall seeing some there I think.

Peace, VERY cool. I just got 39 ounces of junk rounds today, and just went and got an Oxy-Mapp torch at the local Home Improvement store. I still need to order the graphite molds and what not. I like the Peace Sign, I can't find a "mark" that I like so I haven't gotten one yet.

Would you be interested in once i get my first batches going of a 1 for 1 swap? ;)

Wait, I just realized those look to be made by Silver Addict, as they have the YPS mark, did you just add the peace sign to them?

Right now there are a grand total of 3 people in the world that own this bar, and a 4th will have 2 very soon.

One person is a very well known seller on this site, and is in Australia. I doubt they'll come forward, but they might.

Here are some of my 1oz,1/2oz and 1/8oz silver molds, i have another 1oz and a 2oz mold with PMB 999 inscribed so i wont need to stamp the bars with much.

Im now to the stage to build my furnace, just need to get the cement and sand to make the refractory.

The book only cost around $13 or so from the US and makes it easy to make a small furnace.
Hopefully my bars and coins come out nice enough for people to buy them, ill be making some videos of the making of the bars to post up here if people want
