    We want to buy a gun, We're not interested in shooting ducks, clay pidgeons or joining a gun club.
    we don't want to get a licence but are happy to register the firearm with the authorities ect.
    so that basically leaves us with old collectable rifles ect we believe, it would still need to work as a gun
    and the ammunition would need to be readily available.

    What is available to victorians?
    something reasonably affordable, makes a loud bang when fired and could shoot say a wild pig coming at you.
    or at least scare it off

    I got one of these, this acts as a gun and ammo is reusable and readily available. No licence needed or registration. Can hit a milk bottle cap from across the office

    As pointed out by other members, no firearms discussions on Silver Stackers. Say the wrong thing and the entire database gets requested as "evidence" violating everybody's privacy.

    Plenty of firearm forums out there.
