We are definitely on the same page. I suspect we will see a sharp decline in the AUD with a rally in the DXY. This will have a impact on gold in a negative way in USD but i suspect gold will hold up better than in 2008. In saying that i believe the AUD will be oversold and still believe we may be heading for quite a spike in gold priced in AUD similar to the 2010 gold spike in AUD.
