I am just interested to know whether you guys have a favourite mint that you prefer coins from? Whether that be because of the quality, the designs, creativity, packaging or all of that or even if you just don't care what mint a coin is from and just judge a coin without considering its manufacturer. As for me I really like the Canadian Mint for its creativity and designs but also the Perth Mint for the quality and the "Aussie" factor.

They are all hit and miss.

They all come out with great innovative ideas and also with some real overpriced rubbish.

On balance I would say The Royal Canadian Mint.

The $20 for $20 was a bit of a pleasant surprise which has been copied by the Royal Mint in the UK with others due to follow.

The new Canadian Maple is a great change from the previous version and the laser mint marks is also pretty cool.

These wouldn't be so impressive if the other mints didn't produce such bad coins.

Still, plenty of space in the market for all the mints, not like silver is running out.

If it wasn't for the milk spots, I think the RCM have a decent line of products. They have a good, solid staple bullion coin, then they have the changing wildlife series bullion coins, and of course the more expensive stuff. Seems similar to Perth Mint, with the exception the bullion coins are cheaper / not individually capsuled (but spotty).
